Divorce or Break-Up

One of the hardest things you may ever have to do
is grieve the loss of someone who is still alive.

Amanda's Story

When her marriage crumbled through COVID, Amanda started to realize the relationship was built on her people-pleasing habits and tendencies to put the needs of others before her own, and had resulted in memory issues that were a trauma response to gaslighting she experienced.

When she started prioritizing self-care and basic human needs she started sleeping better, moving more, and even lost 45 pounds. She learned to reclaim her confidence, self-esteem, and voice as she established and maintained healthy relationship boundaries.

"I realized that I'm done with the people-pleasing kind of pain. I need the kind of pain that actually leads to healing! I am more willing to stand up for myself and learning how to stop from "always folding" ...I am starting to come to healthy center."
